Waysayer User Terms

The agreement is between you and Fastpath AS, org. no. 920 497 837, Solveien 52, 1394 Nesbru, Norway. Waysayer is delivered by Fastpath even when the platform is shown on the Customer’s own domain and with the Customer’s logo.

You pay nothing under these User Terms. Any fees and subscriptions are governed by the agreement between Fastpath and the Customer. Using a customer portal as a consumer does not make you the Customer or responsible for the Customer’s agreement.

Your access or invitation is usually provided by the Workspace owner. The owner administers the workspace, decides what you can see and do, and may remove access. This does not mean that the owner acquires the rights to all content contributed by users or others.

Questions about membership, access and content should normally be directed to the Workspace owner. Fastpath does not decide ordinary access questions on the owner’s behalf, but may limit or end access where necessary to protect the account or Services, comply with law or these terms, or close your account.

This section applies if you have an account. Your account is personal and may be linked to several workspaces owned by different owners. You gain access when Fastpath creates the first administrators, when a Workspace owner invites you, or when you request access yourself — for example by activating a demo.

Keep login details, passkeys and one-time codes confidential. Tell us or the Workspace owner if you suspect misuse.

You may connect an AI agent or other integration to Waysayer where the workspace allows it. The connection may receive and process information made available to it. Before connecting it, you must have the right to share that information and consider the provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Waysayer limits agent access to the permissions delegated to that connection. You or the Workspace owner may revoke the access.

You must use the Services in accordance with the law and these terms. You must not harm or impair Fastpath’s delivery or other users’ use, attempt to gain unauthorised access, circumvent access controls, or identify respondents where a survey uses anonymised or confidential reporting.

You must also not extract data by automated means in a way that misuses or unreasonably burdens the Services, or analyse or decompile the Services beyond what mandatory law permits.

If you discover a possible security vulnerability, you must refrain from exploiting it and report it using the contact address in section 12. Technical details that could put users or the Services at risk must not be published before Fastpath has had reasonable time to investigate and remedy the issue.

In case of unlawful use, material or repeated breach, or use that poses a security or operational risk, Fastpath may limit or temporarily suspend access. We give notice in advance where practicable, but may act without prior notice in serious cases.

Rights in content remain with whoever holds them. By contributing content, you do not transfer ownership to Fastpath or the Workspace owner. You must have the right to add and share what you contribute.

You grant Fastpath the limited rights necessary to store, display, transmit and otherwise process the content to provide, secure and support the Services. Where Fastpath is a processor, the agreement and data processing agreement with the Customer define the limits of that processing.

Fastpath retains all rights in Waysayer. Fastpath may use general, voluntarily provided feedback to improve the Services, but this does not transfer rights in your content.

The party that determines why and how personal data in a workspace is used will normally be the controller. In a Customer workspace, this is usually the Customer and Fastpath is the processor. Where Fastpath determines the purpose, Fastpath is the controller. This includes processing Fastpath itself determines for account administration and security. See the privacy notice. Accepting these terms is not a consent under the GDPR.

Fastpath works to keep the Services secure and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service levels, fees and subscriptions are not part of these User Terms; they are governed by Fastpath’s agreement with the Customer.

The Workspace owner and other users are responsible for content and decisions they control. Fastpath is not responsible for those matters to the extent that they are outside Fastpath’s control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law. Where you are a consumer, those mandatory rules prevail.

The Workspace owner administers membership and may remove your access to its workspace. You may stop using Waysayer or ask the owner to remove your membership.

You may also ask Fastpath to close your central account. This ends sign-in and access through the account, but does not automatically delete content controlled by the Workspace owner or necessary records of actions already taken. Such information is handled under the privacy notice and the agreement with the owner.

Accounts without active memberships are deleted or anonymised no later than 24 months after the last sign-in. Specific information may be retained longer where necessary for a concrete security incident, a legal obligation, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. It is deleted when that specific need ends.

Fastpath may update these User Terms. Editorial and minor changes are published with a new version and date. For material changes, we normally give at least 30 days’ notice before they take effect, by e-mail or in the platform, with a short summary of what is new.

We assess whether a change requires you to accept the terms again. If renewed acceptance is necessary, we ask for it expressly. Otherwise, the new version applies to continued use after its effective date. For use without an account, the version made available for that use applies. If you do not want to be bound by a new version, you can stop using Waysayer.

The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are heard by the ordinary courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue for businesses. If you are a consumer, you keep your mandatory rights, including as to venue. Consumers may also contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) and the Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
